Here's how we do it.
Claims are inconvenient at best. And the cause of many sleepless nights at worst. Having a direct line to one person dealing with everything for you has got to help.
Your adviser co-ordinates the claims process, making sure everything happens when it should, badgering your insurer on your behalf and arguing your case if needs be. They're not bad at lending a sympathetic ear, either.
Insurance can be bewildering. A complicated professional indemnity claim even more so. It's unlikely you have the time or the inclination to find out what you need to know.
All our insurers have legally trained claims underwriters and in-house solicitors. We work with them, guiding you through the legal minefield, preparing your case and making sure you know the dos and don'ts of dealing with disgruntled clients.

Sometimes, dealing with a difficult situation quickly and making sure it doesn't get out of hand is more important than anything else. It's all about priorities.
Our priority is your claim. Whether it's a broken laptop or a cross client, your file is always at the top.
