Sorry, no agencies.
You'll need a good grasp of business insurance basics for this one. If you're no stranger to professional indemnity, public liability, employers' liability, commercial property, directors' and officers' insurance and so on, all the better.
But that's only half the story.
You'll be dealing with a mix of customers, insurers, and the rest of the in-house team every day. It'll help if you're personable and diplomatic, of course, but you'll need to be confident too.
Our customers like how we do things: clarity over jargon; character over anonymity; action over talk. With our brand values in mind, your ability to communicate effectively will keep us one step ahead.
We're mostly digital, so it'll help if you're tech-savvy too. We're not after Zuckerberg part II, but you'll need to know your way around a keyboard.
In return, we offer a generous salary, benefits and bonus package, and the opportunity to make your mark with a lively, forward-thinking broker.
So, if you've a knack for thinking on your feet and can see past the 'how to do insurance' handbook, this could be your chance to shine.

We're looking for an organised, curious and detail-oriented Customer Communications Manager to join our marketing team.
This is a brand-new role and a great opportunity to take ownership of an established strategic area that's becoming increasingly important to the business.
You'll be responsible for customer communications across email, SMS, voicemail and other key customer touchpoints. We already have a clear strategy and a roadmap of projects in place, so this isn't about starting from scratch. It's about turning plans into action, improving the customer experience and delivering measurable results.
But that's only part of the role.
Customer communications don't just rely on great content. They rely on the systems, processes and operational workflows behind them too. You'll need to understand how our communications are delivered, work with colleagues across the business and identify opportunities to improve workflows, automation and the customer experience.
We're looking for someone with experience in marketing, communications or customer communications, coupled with strong project management skills. You'll enjoy bringing people together, getting into the detail, understanding how systems and processes work, and using data and insight to drive improvements.
As a regulated business, our communications need to balance customer needs, business goals and regulatory requirements. You'll help ensure our communications and supporting processes meet the requirements of regulations such as ASA, PECR and GDPR, while still delivering a great customer experience.
In return, you'll have the opportunity to own a key area of the business, work with colleagues across multiple teams and play a leading role in shaping how PolicyBee communicates with customers as we continue to grow.
So, if you enjoy turning plans into action, improving systems and seeing the impact of your work, this could be your chance to make your mark.
