PolicyBee are actually great. However, you get 3 stars from me as I strongly disagree with sending out 'review our service' emails after every interaction. It is annoying and represents bad service. I am the (paying) customer; it is your job to establish 'how you did' without taking up my time, unpaid. Please reconsider this annoying and inconsiderate practice for the future.

I was a little confused to start with as this is my first time getting business indemnity insurance. The website was so helpful, it guided me to the right policy I needed, but I had a few questions so I called the helpline and spoke to a very helpful chap who further guided me through the various options and again helped me pick what was right for my business. It was customer service on a level you should be so proud of, amazing and I'll be recommending you to anyone who asks! Well done and thank you.

It was very quick and easy to fill out the form. All the treatments were clearly listed, so it was easy to select them from the list.

I was able to talk to two members of staff who were very helpful and patiently listened to my description of the charity service and our insurance needs. They answered all my questions and guided me through the online form I received, so that I was sure I understood the meaning of each section and how the questions related to my charity's activities. I then clearly understood the cover being offered and any conditions attached, which helped me decide the that the policy details were right for my organisation. They also told me that because PolicyBee had been recommended by someone who already had a policy with them, that both my charity and theirs would be eligible for a £20 'thank you' payment if I decided to take out the policies as discussed. I thought that was a lovely gesture (unexpected). All of our communications were timely and helpful, by email and phone. The premiums quoted were very attractive and the whole experience was fist rate. The written documents confirmed what we had discussed and arrived very promptly after our payment for the premium had been received and logged by their finance department. All in all a very positive and rewarding experience!

I would prefer to have been offered the chance to receive the documents via post . Instead of having to hassle this company for them.

I'm not sure about the claiming side of things , as we've not made any claims as yet . That will be the real decider. And the only one that really matters .
