The website is easy to use to get an instant quote and lasts for 30 days. When completing the application there are just a few more details to be verified and the price is confirmed. If all agreed, the full details of the insurance cover and sent to you to check before payment is made and then documentation is sent through to your contact email.

I got spammed with lots of questionaires about the service, I didn't agree or sign up to anything to do with this but their automation seems to think that spamming my email account will somehow entice me to leaving a positive review. Overall I think the company is a let down as a digital solution.

Our customer satisfaction surveys are sent out on our behalf by an independent operator. So we’ve done some investigating, and the problem is at their end, as normally you’d only receive one request for feedback. And there’s certainly no obligation to reply – it’s purely voluntary. Sorry this has happened and we’ll be working with our provider to make sure it doesn’t happen again. My calls were answered quickly and the adviser I spoke to was helpful and listened carefully to my issues. He needed to refer one issue to the underwriters, which was fine by me because I didn't want to get a answer that later might turn out to have been wrong. The website was easy to use and worked well. It allowed you to check out various options eg limit of cover for liability insurance. I was able to get the cover I needed, and at a competitive price. Having tried various other brokers and insurance companies who all had a least one issue that gave me a problem I found PolicyBee refreshingly straightforward and good to deal with.
