The advisor was rather rude and abrupt. I did say I had not applied for this type of insurance before. Then when I was asked what date I wanted for direct debit to be paid I then told you carnt have it and she gave a date which I accepted. I felt more of a inconvenient than a new customer

I contacted customer services about a renewal. The service from Gemma was professional and friendly and she helped me resolve the issue. It was fast and efficient service.

The reason I contacted PB because they are no longer using my existing insurance provider. I tried to log in to the website to see quote from a new provider but could not. I still think it's odd that you can't log in to the website without a 'current' policy even though the existing policy is still in place. Now I can login again, I cannot see previous purchase history (invoices or policies for comparison).
