How we can support you

Sometimes life events or personal circumstances can affect how easy it is to manage your insurance or make financial decisions.

We can offer support in the following ways:

Financial wellbeing

Running a business can be challenging, especially during periods of financial pressure or uncertainty.

If you’re experiencing financial difficulty, we may be able to support you by:

  • reviewing your cover to make sure it’s still appropriate
  • helping you find a more affordable option where possible
  • offering flexible payment options, including interest‑free monthly payments in most cases.

If money worries are affecting your ability to manage your policy, please tell us. We’ll work with you to find a fair and practical way forward.

Mental wellbeing

Mental health can affect how easy it is to process information, make decisions, or manage everyday tasks.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or struggling with your mental health, we can:

  • slow things down and explain information clearly
  • give you extra time to consider your options
  • follow up in writing if that helps
  • speak with someone you trust, with your permission.

You don’t need to share personal details unless you want to. Just letting us know that you need a bit more support is enough.

Physical wellbeing

Physical illness, disability, or sensory impairment can influence how you prefer to communicate or access information.

We can support you by:

  • communicating by phone, email or another method that suits you
  • arranging secure video calls where visual communication is helpful
  • making reasonable adjustments to remove barriers wherever possible.

If there’s something we should be aware of to support you better, please let us know.

Social wellbeing

Feeling isolated or lacking support can make running a business feel harder than it should.

If you’re dealing with caring responsibilities, bereavement, relationship breakdown, or simply feel you don’t have anyone to help you manage things right now, we’ll approach your situation with empathy and care.

Support might mean taking more time, checking understanding, or helping you involve someone else if you choose.
